There are some procedures that you have to do when you want to change your registered e-mail at Mercatox. Here are the procedures:
1. Make a ticket about changing e-mail to Mercatox’s support. You can make it here http://support.mercatox.com
2. Choose ‘Common Questions’
3. Fill the form of our tickets. Please fill as your Mercatox account.
4. Don’t forget to provide in your ticket a clear picture of us holding the ID card (Passport or Driver's license) in your hands. The ID card and your face must be visible. The ID card also must be readable in English. You need to mention to us on your ticket some details of transactions on your account such as the last deposit or last withdrawal. Name (describe) several of your trading operations at our exchange. Provide the date of registration and registration ID, as well as login IDs. Tell us roughly what coins you have in your account and what the approximate amounts are there.
5. After you have filled the required fields, just click ‘Submit Ticket’.
After your ticket has been sent, please kindly save its tracking id and patiently wait for Mercatox’s support answer.
