The security of your account is very important and we have some points to make your account be more secure :

 -       You need to make sure that you try to log in only on the right website www.mercatox.com. Beware of phishing website links that you may get from the internet, forums, social media or your e-mail.

-       You need to make a password that contains alphanumeric, uppercase, lowercase and symbol. So, it will be difficult to be guessed by hacker. 

-       Do not make the same password as your e-mail for your Mercatox account.

-       You need to make sure and re-check that all e-mails about Mercatox account are sent from mercatox.com  domain or you can contact us through ticket to ask about the e-mail that you got.

-       Do not use your Mercatox account password for other sites.

-       You need to make the bookmark www.mercatox.com on your favorite browser, so you will not be tricked on the phishing website.

-       You need to check your account frequently such as your balance, active order, transaction history, and etc. 

-       You need to verify your account. 

-       Activate Secure E-mail Option and 2FA Google Authenticator on both registered e-mail and Mercatox account.
