How to Login

1.    Please kindly access www.mercatox.com, then click the Login button in the right upper corner of the website.

2.     After that, you have to fill your registered e-mail and password into the form below.

·        If you forgot the password, we can click ‘Forgot your password?’ such as below. 

      3.     You also have to pass the security verification, after you will get the green checklist.

     4.     Just click [LOG IN] button after all is done and start to use your Mercatox account.

If you enabled 2-factor authorization (secure mail option or 2FA from Google) you will have to do next:

Secure Mail is Enabled. 

a. If your account has been enabled for Secure Mail option, you will get this display such as below after we clicked [LOG IN] button.

b. You need to check the inbox in your e-mail, and open the Authorization E-mail from Mercatox for clicking the [LOG IN TO ACCOUNT] button. 

c. After that, you will be directed to your E-WALLET page of your account and log in successfully. 

Google Authenticator is Enabled.

a. If your account has been enabled for 2FA Google Authenticator option, you will get this display such as below after you clicked [LOG IN] button.

You need to check the 2FA code on our Google Authenticator App.

In this case, you have 330078 as 2FA code and you have 30 seconds to use it before it is going to be changed. 

You need to type 330078 - (DO NOT COPY-PASTE IT) – into 2FA code field:

c. After that, you will be directed to your E-WALLET page of your account and log in successfully.
